1. Service Agreement
By engaging All Dunn Delivery & Storage LLC for transportation or logistics services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our platform is designed to streamline your supply chain, but usage requires adherence to strict safety and liability protocols.
Have you reviewed our updated carrier liability caps for 2024? We believe in setting realistic expectations for our partners. All freight movements are subject to standard Carmack Amendment limitations unless otherwise negotiated in a signed Master Service Agreement (MSA).
2. Platform Usage & Software
Our digital portal is a proprietary tool. You're granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use it for tracking, booking, and document management. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer our logistics algorithms—they're the secret sauce that keeps our trucking operations efficient.
3. Liability & Claims
Carrier Responsibility
Standard liability is capped at $0.50 per pound or $100,000 per trailer-load unless high-value coverage is declared.
Reporting Windows
Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We won't accept claims filed after this window.
4. Payment Terms
Invoices are generated at the time of delivery. Standard net-30 terms apply to established accounts. Late payments will incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge because, frankly, fuel isn't free. We appreciate your promptness.
